2010年夏、安楽寺境内に新しい客殿が建築されました。
飛騨高山の大工さんを招き、日本の伝統的な建築方法で木と土の家が完成しました。東山の木々を借景とし境内の桜やさつき、紅葉を融合するこの建物を「椛 momiji」と命名しました。お寺の中のフリースペースとして広く開放していきたいと思います。
お寺の公開している日を中心にカフェスペースとして開放しています。安楽寺の四季折々の庭園でゆっくり自分だけの時間をお過ごしください。
Back in a summer of 2010, a new reception room for rent was constructed in a precinct of Anrakuji-temple.
The reception hall was built with Japanese traditional architectural techniques using natural clays and high quality of woods, by the carpenter from Hida-Takayama in Gifu pref.
The reception hall what we name it, is Momiji 椛.
Momiji, the reception room, was named after the reason of the gradual mixture of the flowers and leaves; Sakura, Satsuki and autumn leaves against the trees on Higashiyama.
Momiji is now available for rent to use in various ways.
The hall is actually two-storied; the second floor is also available for rent as well as first floor.
People can use it for workshops, business tables, small concerts and conferences.
※The rent prices of the 1st floor and the 2nd floor are different.
